Sinclair Customer Metrics is a software as a service provider for companies where we conduct data collection activities such as web surveys, telephone surveys, text surveys, comment cards/contact us, mystery shopping, and other data collection methods. The collected customer and employee data is provided to Sinclair Customer Metrics' clients to help its clients improve their operations and/or to contact you regarding your service experience.
